This contract is part of the TEC-MED project “Development of a cross-cultural social-ethical-care model for a population dependent on the Mediterranean basin”, funded by the European Union under the ENI CBC Med program.

The main objective of the project is to develop a care model cross-cultural and socio-ethical, aimed at dependent and/or at-risk elderly people of social exclusion in countries of the Mediterranean Basin, with an approach based on injustice, confidentiality, gender, universal accessibility, participation of the community and values ​​of the welfare state and governance.

The purpose of this document is to define the specifications, technical requirements, and conditions of the technical assistance service for the implementation of the piloting of the TEC-MED model of social health care and results report.

The service contemplates the management and provision of at least six Training Agents as well as research support technicians for eleven months, that will be in charge of the implementation of the piloting of the TEC-MED model in Spain. Likewise, the successful bidder will be responsible for the coordination, control, and monitoring of the work carried out by said agents, as well as the issuance of the follow-up and final reports.
