The Spanish National Research Council, Lead Beneficiary of the PPI4MED project funded under the ENI CBC Med programme, has launched a call for tender to define the design process of identification and selection of PPI pilot projects using CSIC scientific results to develop promising products and services for the public sector. The contract will also support in the elaboration of pre-commercialisation agreements and their technical specifications between the research centres and the public purchasers of future Public Procurement of Innovation (PPI) tenders.

The CSIC invites interested suppliers to send the expression of interest (EOI) by email to ppi4med.csic@csic.es. The deadline for the submission of EOIs is set at noon, 26th of October 2021 (local time in Spain). 

The VATC- CSIC will review the EOI responses and select up to three (3) firms that meet the requirements to receive a more detailed request for proposal. Interested firms must provide the following information to VATC-CSIC in narrative format, establishing that they are qualified to perform the services (brochures, description of similar assignments, experience in similar conditions, availability of appropriate skills among staff, etc).
