The e-Bazzar will be an interactive web space to bridge Mediterranean stakeholders like investors and innovators who will be able to connect and create synergies and collaboration across the region, generating more opportunities and benefits. Each user will create its profile with their information, interests as well as activities and documents they want to share. The platform will also deploy supporting material about the mentorship programme, good practices, and many other topics. 

To overcome the lack of coordination among different Mediterranean actors working with innovation at the local level and to facilitate interaction and synergies, the e-Bazzar will be an innovative platform based on a smart mechanism for searching and identifying the commercial interest of an investor with the research fields of the innovators. 

In addition, the platform will also provide a matchmaking intercommunication through an Intelligent recommendation system that will take into account the profile, object and needs of an investor and will suggest potential ideal collaborations with innovators. The users will be able to communicate through collaboration requests, direct messages and instant notifications. 

Moreover, the platform will contribute to the development of an integrated innovation ecosystem in the region and support technology transfer and commercialization of research results.
