Med4Waste on sustainable cooking: turning almond pulp into vegan Labneh

As part of Med4Waste capitalised projects awareness raising campaign, the project presents Zero Waste and sustainable cooking recipes from the Mediterranean cuisine. This campaign aims to promote better waste management and a circular economy, along with the successful implementation of our capitalised projects that are funded under the ENI CBC MED programme (DECOST, CLIMA, CEOMED, REUSEMED, and Med-InA). This video was first presented at the Med4Waste webinar, "Sustainable Cooking: Embracing the Mediterranean Flavours while Minimising Food Waste", and was held on July 31st 2023. Chef Saad Saad from Have it Vegan (Jordan) supported the creation of this video, where he provided creative way to turn almond pulp into Labneh.
