The MAIA-TAQA project started its certified training course in Resource-efficient solutions for PV systems design and battery storage in Egypt on the 26th of November 2022, intending to tackle one of the main barriers to developing innovative services: the lack of capacity or competencies. The second batch of the third training course held by the MAIA-TAQA project in Egypt concluded on the 17th of December 2022!

The 46-hour course, aimed at engineers, was held at the Arab Academy of Science, Technology, and Maritime Transport and the Alexandria Chamber of commerce in Alexandria from the 26th of November until the 13th of December in a blended learning format (one full offline training day at AASTMT, two at the Alexandria Chamber of Commerce and two onsite training days at Al Amreya pilot site). The remaining hours were taught online via ZOOM.
