Supporting innovative SMEs in the Mediterranean: IPMED in Italy took part in event with 2 other ENI CBC MED projects

The Financial Agency of Liguria Region "FILSE", partner of IPMED project, took the initiative on Tuesday 20th July 2021 to held a joint event with two other three ENI CBC MED projects to support innovative SMEs in the Mediterranean Area with the participation of 11 speakers and 50 attendees. 

The Event "Innovative SMEs, EU Projects and Synergies in the Mediterranean Area" had been started with a welcome speech held by FILSE vice-director Nives Maria Riggio.

Mutaz Al-Numair, IPMED's Project manager in Jordan Enterprise Development Corporation "JEDCO" ; IPMED's lead partner in JEDCO had focused on the main objective of the event which was an opportunity for dialogue on the development of the territories and the enterprises among different projects, focusing on the support offered by IPMED project in the intellectual property field.

Antonio Fuentes Cano from Ceeim Murcia focused on the available training platforms for startups and SMEs in the development of the smart city sector as part of SME4SMARTCITIES project.

A round table discussion had been held and moderated by Pietro De Martino from FILSE, and included: a representative from  CCI Savoie for PITEM CLIP – CIRCUITO project (France Italie ALCOTRA - Italia Francia ALCOTRA), a representative from Pont-Tech for Fri_start2 project (Interreg Maritime - Marittimo), a representative from RESMYLE project (ENI CBC Med Programme) along with the two speakers mentioned earlier.
