BERLIN: Two elementary schools in Israel are becoming smart and energy self-sufficient buildings

The Ben Gurion University (BGU) team continues with the installation of the microgrid monitoring system in both Israeli elementary schools being the pilots of BERLIN project, the Yeelim school in the city of Eilat and Nof Edom school in Eilot regional council.

INNOMED-UP campaign for the concept of Circular Economy in the Mediterranean.

INNOMED-UP project promotes the Circular Economy practices among the Cultural & Creative Industries (CCIs) SMEs instead of the linear economy, as a tool to promote green practices, save resources and improve the production and income of these SMEs.

In order to do so, the project provide technical and financial support and connect these SMEs with the relevant authorities and stakeholders to ensure modifying the legislation to support this category.

REUSEMED in Spain organised a community festival to promote composting in Cordoba

A great community event to encourage composting and promote reuse. This was the result of Kompofest, the initiative promoted by the Cordoba waste management entity, Sadeco, within the framework of the REUSEMED project. The event took place on February 27 in Cordoba, with the aim of implementing community and individual composting systems in the locality and setting the precedent for an annual event that will serve as an attraction for tourists.
