The current health crisis generated by COVID-19 has brought a paradigm shift that has significantly affected society. The new COMMON platform is now online to share data and good practices on marine litter across the Mediterranean. The aim of the platform is to offer a common methodology for the organisation of cleaning days and monitoring activities, in order to have data in the same format and to make cleaning up events in a coordinated way.
