Request for service provider for the organization WEF - CAP Capitalization Week in Tunis
The Responsible Project Partner of WEF- CAP Project, is pleased to announce the opening of this Request for service provider for the organisation of Tunis WEF-CAP Capitalization Week.
This capitalization week will bring together a diverse group of stakeholders, partners, experts and researchers in the fields of water, energy, and food (WEF) to collaborate, share knowledge, and highlight the outcomes and achievements of the WEFb-bCAP project.
The capitalization week will include various activities alongside its technical and side sessions, such as Network Café’s, Clustering TEDx, Multistakeholders Accelerator Workshops, Capitalization Conference and Capitalization Nights, to encourage interaction and exchange of ideas among attendees.
This conference is tentatively scheduled to take place on 26-28th July, 2023.
The selected service provider will be responsible for the overall organisation of the conference and specific events, including pre-event planning, coordinating logistics, preparing testimony, documentary video and press release, and post-conference follow-up. All interested parties are invited to review the attached documents and submit their proposals including financial and technical offers in accordance with the requirements outlined.
