A "Tunis WEF NEXUS Capitalization Week" will be organised by the National Agency for Environmental Protection, the national partner of the project WEF-CAP Project from 26th to 28th of July 2023 in Tunis.

The European project “The Technology Transfer and Capitalization of Water Energy Food NEXUS  "WEF-CAP" was launched in September 2021 in 7 Mediterranean countries, namely Tunisia, Jordan, Greece, Italy, Spain, Egypt, and France, and will close at the end of August 2023.

This event will bring together key stakeholders in the water, energy, and food sectors to share expertise, consolidate a regional meta-group on water, energy, and food, promoting the replication, exploitation, and commercialisation of technologies and their transfer to increase the resilience of territories.

During the first day, young researchers will have the opportunity to present their innovations and meet multidisciplinary experts as well as during this day, will be announced the four (4) noteworthy projects from the Tunis bootcamp, winners of vouchers to travel to European countries.

On the second day, experts will present the use of Networks and Clusters to Promote Capitalization, the Projects funded by the EC under the ENI CBC Med program, and will be announce the four projects winners of vouchers.

On the third day, will be discussed, the White Paper prepared, as part of the project entitled "Towards the governance of the Water-Energy-Food Nexus in Tunisia in the face of insecurities”.

Favoriser la coopération, le transfert de technologie et l'élaboration de politiques fondées sur des données probantes pour une croissance axée sur l'innovation dans les projets WEF Nexus

La « semaine de capitalisation eau énergie et alimentation» sera organisée par l'Agence Nationale de Protection de l'Environnement, partenaire national du projet WEF-CAP du 26 au 28 juillet 2023 à Tunis.

Le projet européen « Le transfert de technologie et la capitalisation du NEXUS Eau-Énergie-Alimentation « WEF-CAP » a été lancé en septembre 2021 dans 7 pays méditerranéens, à savoir la Tunisie, la Jordanie, la Grèce, l'Italie, l'Espagne, l'Égypte et la France, et se clôturera fin août 2023.
Cet événement réunira des acteurs clés des secteurs de l'eau, de l'énergie et de l'alimentation pour partager leur expertise, consolider un méta-groupe régional sur l'eau, l'énergie et l'alimentation, promouvoir la réplication, l'exploitation et la commercialisation des technologies et leur transfert pour accroître la résilience des territoires.

Durant de la première journée, des jeunes chercheurs auront l’occasion pour présenter leurs innovations et rencontrer des experts multidisciplinaires ainsi que lors de cette journée, seront annoncés les quatre (4) meilleurs projets sélectionnés à la suite du bootcamp bénéficiaires des bourses de voyage dans les pays européens. 

La deuxième journée, des exposés seront présentés par des experts sur l’utilisation des Réseaux et des Clusters pour Promouvoir la Capitalisation, les Projets financés par la CE dans le cadre du programme ENI CBC Med, ainsi que les innovations des quatre candidats Tunisiens vainqueurs des bourses de voyage dans les pays européens.

Durant la troisième journée, sera présenté le papier blanc (White Paper) préparé dans le cadre du projet intitulé « Vers la gouvernance du Nexus Eau-Energie-Alimentation en Tunisie face aux insécurités ».
