Spain: INTERNISA project conducted two focus groups to identify digital skills gap of women

The Andalusian Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FAMP), the Spanish partner of INTERNISA has organized two online discussion groups last Wednesday, 5th of May and Thursday, 6th of May.

The first discussion group, called “Overcoming the digital divide: public and business policies”, focused on policies for the integration of digitally trained young women in the labor market and the implementation of a code of good conduct by the companies to foster their hiring. The second group, called “overcome the digital gap: Public-private strategies and actions”, addressed good practices of digitization by sectors and recommendations for the participation of young women, as well as the role of the administration and of the enterprises in this issue.
