Espagne : le projet INTERNISA a organisé des groupes de discussion pour identifier les lacunes en matière de compétences numériques des femmes

The Andalusian Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FAMP) has organized two telematic discussion groups last Wednesday and Thursday within the framework of the European INTERNISA project, the first discussion group, called “Overcoming the digital divide: public and business policies”, the focus was on  policies for the integration of digitally trained young women in the labor market and the implementation of a code of good conduct aimed at companies to foster their hiring. In the second group, called “Adding to overcome the digital divide: Public-private strategies and actions”, good practices of digitization by sectors and recommendations for the participation of young women have been addressed, as well as the role of the administration and of the enterprises in this issue.
